The 2005 National Conference on Tobacco or Health Web site is maintained by
NGIT Health Solutions to provide information about the conference’s registration,
program, and events. As the training contractor for the National Conference,
NGIT Health Solutions maintains the site on behalf of the 2005 National
Conference Steering Committee and Planning Committee.
Credit Card Security
Once we receive your transmission, we do everything we can to ensure the
security of all personal information. Credit card information is collected on the
Web site for payment authorization purposes, and NGIT Health Solutions does
not save it.

digital certificates from Verisign. All personal information is fully encrypted during
all transactions, ensuring the highest level of security within our system.

If you prefer to register via fax or mail, the registration fee will be $30 more than
for registering online. This covers the added data entry and handling expenses.

and the distribution of e-mail notices about this conference and future National

Some organizations and vendors request mailing addresses of attendees before
and after the conference. These organizations notify participants of special
offers. Your mailing address will be made available to requesting organizations

the registration form.
Press Credentials Registration
The e-mail addresses and other personal information collected from members of
the press will only be used to (1) create the press credentials that are required to
access the 2005 National Conference and (2) distribute updates about press
opportunities (if the user requests updates).

for distributing e-mail updates on the 2005 National Conference and future
