Space for meetings will be available on a first-come/first-served basis. Once space has filled, rooms may be available for a fee. Please note that ancillary meetings cannot be held during NCTOH conference sessions or scheduled events.

Complete the Request for Ancillary Meeting Space form and e-mail it to jreda@danya.com or fax it to
(240) 645-1562. Your request for space will not be processed or guaranteed until we have received your completed form. Please submit one form per meeting.

We must receive your form no later than March 6, 2009. If space is still available after March 6, we will continue to accept forms; however, please note that we anticipate meeting room rental rates will be in effect at that time. Rates will be based on several factors, including room size and food and beverage requirements. A notice will be posted here when meeting space is no longer available.
